1) Adenine, Guanine,Cytosin and Thymine
2) Adenine has two of the same hydrogen bonding group as Thymine, thus it pairs up with each other. while Cytosine only contains three hydrogen containing groups making it unable to pair up with Adenine.

1.Adenine,Thymine, Cytosine and Guanine
2. Adenine forms 2 hydrogen bonds with Thymine and Cytosine forms 3 hydrogen bonds with Guanine, so if Adenine pairs up with Cytosine one bond of Cytosine will be free n not bound to anything, as a result this can make the DNA strand formed unstable. This pairing is known as complimentary base pairing.

1)AT, CG, GC, and TA.

2)On the basis of the number and direction of hydrogen bonds T or C can form with A.Each base can form either two or three hydrogen bonds in a matched pair. The AT pair forms two, and the GC pair, three. However, when C is lined up against A, no hydrogen bonds can be formed (because donors do not line up with acceptors).

1.Adenine,Thymine, Cytosine and Guanine
2. A or adenine has the structure which can form 2 hydrogen bond with its opposite base on an opposite DNA strand. In this case its C or cytosine, as it also has the structure which can form 2 hydrogen bond.
But C or cytosine has only room to form 3 hydrogen bond so it does not fit against adenine.
